| Payment Terms: |

for all one-time fees and the first Monthly Service And Maintenance
Fee is due at time of order. Typical time to perform the work
associated with One-Time Setup fees is 30 to 60 days. The
Monthly Service and Maintenance fees shall apply to the next
monthly period starting no less than 30 days after order acknowledgment.
Continuing Monthly Service and Maintenance Fees shall be invoiced
by Netsymmetrics or charged to an authorized credit card number
